Kelly William Cobb is government affairs manager at Americans for Tax Reform (ATR) and executive director of DigitalLiberty.Net and StopETaxes.com. In these capacities he advocates for free-market tech, telecom, media, and financial services policy.
Previously, Mr. Cobb served as state affairs manager for ATR, overseeing research and analysis of state telecommunications, e-commerce, and tobacco and alcohol tax policy. He also managed coalition building and outreach. Before joining ATR, he worked on agriculture policy for a trade association, as well as for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and the Michigan Republican Party. His writing and commentary has appeared in various publications, including Politico, The Washington Times, The Daily Caller, Budget and Tax News, The Hill, TIME magazine, CNET, and Communications Daily, and he has appeared on various radio and television news programs.
Mr. Cobb is a graduate of the University of Michigan with degrees in Political Science and Philosophy. He currently resides in Washington, D.C.
