Dan Nigito is the Chairman and CEO of Market Street Financial Advisors, LLC and its subsidiary, Market Street Philanthropic Advisors, Inc. The combined mission of the two companies is to "provide wealth management for people who want to add meaning to their money."
He is the author of three books: Avoiding the Estate Tax Trap (Contemporary Books, 1992), Don't Die Until You Read This! (American Books, 2001), and his new book, The Power of Leveraging the Charitable Remainder Trust. Your Secret Weapon Against The War on Wealth (J. Wiley & Sons, Inc. 2009) In addition, he has published numerous articles on estate planning and has been the subject of features in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Post, The Morning Call and The Express Times among other newspapers. Dan is the creator of the CLEAR Plan™ (Charitably Leveraged Estate Accumulation & Retirement Plan) marketed nationally through a network of independent financial advisors. CLEAR™ Plan is the nation's first interactive software based financial planning program that focuses on using charitable remainder trusts to solve common estate and retirement concerns.
He received his BA in English and Journalism from Moravian College, Bethlehem, PA in 1978 and is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®)
