Andrew Boucher

Andrew Boucher is a political consultant and partner at RightVoter.com. He served as National Political Director for Rick Santorum’s presidential campaign in 2012 (although he is unaligned in 2016). A New Hampshire native and former Executive Director of the New Hampshire Republican Party, he lives in Charleston, South Carolina.
